| Change Management & Strategy |

In today's environment change is inevitable…so why can’t effective organisations execute strategy and be responsive to change?
And how do managers and leaders cope with the barrage of changes that confront them everyday just to keep their organisations current and viable?
Managers must be able to adapt their leadership style to fit the demands of an ever-changing environment. Change management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with, and involvement of, the people affected by the changes. If you force change on people problems normally arise.

Change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. So before starting, ask yourself:
What do we want to achieve with this change and why are we doing it ? |
How will we know that the change has been achieved? |
Who is affected by this change, and how will they react to it? |
How much can we achieve ourselves, and what parts do we need help with? |
